Paintball
Paintball is a fast- growing activity in our country; it is already popular internationally and can incorporate important international competitions, joining together both sides of the Atlantic. It combines action, tension, strategy, split-second decision-making and the ability to adapt to changes. This is a team sport in which there is a natural selection process of leaders. This type of selection is used both by corporative groups and small and medium-sized businesses to set up its technical team, never losing sight, of course, of the fact that we are talking about a game or, in any case, a sport.
Paintball is a team sport that promotes cooperation and leadership instinct between the players. Fun and learning converge, game and reality. The game combines the strategy and audacity of the players; you have to be on your toes all the time, to attack and to defend, to communicate… The players must learn to work together to be victorious.
Bases of the game: Paintball has different versions. All are based on the creation of several teams with an equal number of players and, according to the version chosen, the objectives are different. However, all are based on direct or indirect confrontation against each other, and all require teamwork.
Material: each player has a mask, overalls and a “marker” with balls, made of fully biodegradable material that, on hitting the target, makes a mark.
OBJECTIVE: COMMUNICATION, COOPERATION, COORDINATION, LEADERSHIP, SELECTION OF STRATEGIES, DECISION-MAKING, TEAMWORK, RELEASE OF TENSION.
